Local jewelry designer hits the Oscars

NORTH VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – A local jewelry designer’s work will be featured in this year’s Oscar gift bags.
Tiffany Haziza runs Buddha & The Raven Studios in North Vancouver and she’s thanking a good friend for making this possible. “I wouldn’t be able to be doing this if it weren’t for my girlfriend. She has been involved in gift bags for many years. She has a successful company and she couldn’t go this year because of other obligations, so she suggested me.”
Haziza won’t be at the awards because she’s staying home for her son’s 4th birthday party. That night, her unique custom-made jewelry will be handed out to Oscar winners, presenters and the media.
The Oscars will be handed out on Sunday, February 27th.
