Earlier this year, Terry pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the death of 44 year-old Daniel Pepin at Dorchester’s Shepody Healing Centre in September of 2010.

He pleaded guilty to aggravated assault after attacking another prisoner at the Restigouche Hospital in Campbellton.
