City of Delta closing city-run recreation facilities, libraries due to COVID-19

DELTA (NEWS 1130) — Delta has joined Surrey in shuttering all city-run recreation facilities and libraries due to concern over the novel coronavirus.
City-run pools, community centres, libraries and ice rinks will be closed starting Monday, March 16.
