COVID-19 outbreak declared at Vancouver’s Mount Saint Joseph Hospital

VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – Vancouver’s Mount Saint Joseph Hospital is the 11th acute care facility in B.C. to have an active outbreak of COVID-19.
A notice shared online by Vancouver Coastal Health shows it is linked to the 3C unit.
Providence Health has confirmed two patients in unit 3-C have tested positive and at this point, no staff are infected.
The bulletin says restrictions were imposed on Jan. 11.
