Woman robbed in Abbotsford by gun-wielding men, dragged by car

Police in Abbotsford are trying to find the people responsible for robbing a woman at gunpoint and dragging her from a car.

It happened at McCallum Road near Switzer Road at around 1:30 a.m. on July 20.

Police say four men in dark clothing pulled out a gun and demanded money from a 40-year-old woman.

She told police all of the suspects were in their late teens or early 20s.

“During this altercation, the victim was dragged a short distance by the suspect’s vehicle, described as an older model two-door grey Honda Civic,” Abbotsford police said in a statement.

The victim was taken to the hospital with and is expected to be physically okay.

Police have released photos in the hopes it will help them find the suspects
