B.C. claims fifth Lotto 6/49 jackpot
If you purchased a Lotto 6/49 ticket in Richmond, you might want to check your numbers because you may have hit the $5-Million jackpot.
A single ticketholder won the $5-Million Classic Jackpot on Saturday night’s lottery draw, and has not yet been claimed as of writing.

The Richmond Lotto 6/49 ticket was the only one in Canada with the winning numbers of 4, 18, 26, 36, 41 and 42.
This Saturday’s draw marks the fifth time this year that a Lotto 6/49 ticket purchased in B.C. won the jackpot.
The odds of winning a Lotto 6/49 jackpot are 1 in 13,983,816.

Winners have 52 weeks from the draw date printed on their ticket to come forward to claim their prize.
So far in 2022, B.C. lottery players redeemed more than $101 million in winnings from Lotto 6/49.
In August, the Western Canada Lottery Corp. introduced changes to the Lotto 6/49 allowing players to have two chances each week to win.
