Williams Lake RCMP seek suspect vehicle after it fled traffic stop

Police in Williams Lake are searching for what they are calling a “known property crime offender” after a vehicle fled from a traffic stop.
The RCMP has released an image of a 2008 grey Toyota Tacoma, saying the truck was stolen from McLeese Lake On Oct. 22. They also note that it is linked to a series of property crimes around B.C.’s Cariboo region.
Mounties are advising the public to be on the lookout for the vehicle but not to intervene if they do see it.
