Prince George RCMP investigate suspicious death

Police are investigating a suspicious death in the Pineview neighborhood of Prince George.
The RCMP say officers were called to an area on Sintich Road near Highway 97 just after 11 a.m. on Monday.
As of 2:30 p.m., police say the area had been blocked off to the public, and vehicle access was blocked between Grandby Road and Highway 97 South.
“We are asking the public to find alternate routes through this area while we conduct our investigation,” Cpl. Jennifer Cooper said.
“The roadway will be shut down for some time yet as the investigation is in the beginning stages.”
Police add the investigation is ongoing and updates will be made as they become available.
