Jack-knifed semi creates long delays on Highway 1 through Surrey

There are long delays for drivers heading west along Highway 1 in Surrey Friday morning after a crash involving a semi-truck and at least two vehicles.

The semi-truck jack-knifed and was blocking all lanes just after 176 Street for about two hours before the two left lanes reopened.

You can take 88 Avenue as an alternate route.
