Most lanes clear after crash on HWY 99 in Surrey, delays continue

A multi-vehicle crash snarled northbound traffic on Highway 99 in Surrey for over an hour Wednesday morning.

Callers to 1130 NewsRadio first reported the crash around 6:50 a.m.

Emergency crews responding to the scene near the Serpentine River Bridge, which was blocking the right and bus lanes. In an update around 8:20 a.m., DriveBC says only the bus lane remains blocked.

Drivers can still expect major delays.

To avoid the delays, you can take the King George Boulevard exit to Highway 10.
