CELEBRATE JAPANESE CANADIAN ART AND CULTURE at the 48th Annual Powell Street Festival on August 3 & 4 with over 40 performances and presentations across multiple venues in Vancouver’s Powell Street area.  

Experience a rich program filled with community voices, professional artistry, and thought-provoking ideas. Highlights include panels, movie screenings, walking tours, martial arts, taiko drumming, a sumo tournament, Japanese food and craft booths, children’s activities, and, of course, deliciousJapanese food!
