Final report on Lapu-Lapu tragedy says plans were sound but makes new recommendations

It has been more than four months since the Lapu-Lapu Day tragedy. On Thursday, the City of Vancouver released its final report into safety at public events. Jack Rabb discusses the recommendations laid out in the report.
