Surrey school teacher voices frustrations with B.C.'s health-care system

A fundraiser has been set up to support a 37-year-old teacher battling brain cancer and serious spinal injuries. As Joe Sadowski reports, she is one of many patients dealing with long wait times for treatment in the Canadian health-care system.
