Paid parking at West Vancouver's Ambleside Park affecting local businesses

Since West Vancouver implemented paid business-hour parking near Ambleside Park in September, a local business improvement association has reported that businesses there are seeing up to 30 per cent decreases in revenue. Angelina Ravelli reports.
