Westham Island Bridge in Delta now fully closed as repairs continue

The only bridge connecting Westham Island in Delta to the mainland has been closed to vehicles since Jan. 20 after a barge struck it. But now, it is also closed to pedestrians for repairs. Monika Gul reports.
