Rupert Murdoch apologizes for phone hacking scandal
Rupert Murdoch has taken out an ad in several Sunday British newspapers, promising to make amends for the phone hacking scandal that has his media empire under heavy fire.
Murdoch pledges to help the police investigation, and adds wrongdoers will find “no place to hide.”
He also says there’ll be compensation for people whose phones were hacked by his employees.

This follows Murdoch’s full-page apology Saturday that appeared in seven British papers.
