Murder charge laid in connection with body found at British Properties home

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – A man suspected in a death at a British Properties home in West Vancouver is now charged with second-degree murder.

Li Zhao was charged earlier this week with interference with a dead body.

It’s believed the 54-year-old knew the victim and that this wasn’t a random attack.

The body of a 42-year-old man was found last weekend.

Zhao’s next court appearance is scheduled for May 11th.
