Earthquake hits off B.C. coast
There’s been another earthquake off the west coast of Vancouver Island.
It struck more than 200 kilometres southwest of Port McNeill just before 9 a.m. Thursday.
Readings are mixed, with Earthquakes Canada measuring the quake at a magnitude of 4.1, while the USGS puts it at a 6.0.

No tsunami warning has been issued.
Earthquakes Canada says there have also been no reports of damage associated with this quake, adding “none would be expected.”
