Apologetic Roueche now celebrating his gang links online

SEATTLE (NEWS1130) – Last December, the man from B.C. considered the founder of the United Nations gang stated his regrets to a judge in Seattle.  These days Clayton Roueche expresses a very different message on Facebook.

You can now befriend Clay Roueche on Facebook where he toasts the 13th anniversary of the U.N. Gang and reminds his bros they are never forgotten. It doesn’t sit well with the Gang Task Force.

Sgt. Shinder Kirk tells the Vancouver Sun the page set up for friends and family, makes an idol out of an international drug trafficker with ties to violent crimes.  Kirk calls the online glorification very disturbing and disappointing.

Abbotsford Police Detective Andrew Wooding has a slightly different take. He tells the paper, that Roueche, with over 70 friends on Facebook, is a man trying to be brave as he faces a very bleak future.
