Police have issued an Amber Alert for two brothers, aged 8 and 9, from Brampton, Ont., allegedly abducted by their mother.

Authorities are looking for Louis Gallago-Hammadieh, 9, and Benny Gallago-Hammadieh, 8.

Police allege that Randa Hammadieh, 33, was with two unknown males when she took her two sons at 11:20 a.m. on Friday from a foster home.

Louis is described as:

    Tanned complexion
    Medium build
    4’10”
    85 lbs.
    Black hair
    Above-ear rounded glasses
    Wearing T-shirt and jeans

Benny is described as:

    Tanned complexion
    4′
    50 lbs.
    Skinny build
    Short black curly hair
    Cut above right eye
    Wearing T-shirt and shorts

Randa is described as:

    Tanned complexion
    5’5″
    Heavy build
Last seen wearing a white dress

Investigators said Hammadieh, the two children and the two unknown males were last seen heading towards Highway 410 in Brampton in a silver 2006 Dodge Caravan.

“It’s possible that it had Quebec plates on it, but we don’t want people to get hung up on the fact that it for sure has Quebec plates because it’s possibly Ontario plates as well,” said Const. Cooper, who added that investigators are unsure of where they were going.

“It could be anywhere. [Hammadieh’s] got ties to Quebec, Calgary, Windsor, the States. There’s no way to know for sure.”

Investigators say both unknown males are in their 20’s. One is described as black with a very dark complexion, 5’10”, 170 lbs with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a black do-rag, t-shirt and jeans.

The second is described as white, 6’2”, 160 lbs, thin build with short brown straight hair and a goatee. He was last seen wearing dark sunglasses and plaid shorts.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or Crime Stoppers immediately.

The alert remains in effect until 8 p.m., Friday.
