Man missing from Coquitlam halfway house arrested

COQUITLAM (NEWS1130) – A man missing from a Coquitlam transition home has been found and arrested.

A Canada-wide warrant had been issued for Cao The Phan, who suffers from mental illness.

Coquitlam RCMP say the 51-year-old is being transported back to the home.
