BC NDP will select new leader in September

BURNABY (NEWS1130) – The BC NDP will choose their new leader on September 28th.

The selection will be made following a four-day voting period.

“We have set in place rules for a modern, fair, one-member one-vote leadership election,” says Craig Keating, President of the BC NDP. “I’m looking forward to an exciting leadership election with great candidates presenting a positive vision for our province.”

Party members will cast their ballots using a telephone and Internet voting system.

If you want to vote, you have until June 26th to register as a party member.
