Body found behind Richmond hotel

RICHMOND (NEWS1130) – Mounties in Richmond are dealing with a suspicious death.

Cpl. Stephanie Ashton says a man’s body was found behind the Sandman Hotel but it’s unclear if he was staying there. “I know that they are looking at all the video surveillance they can, that’s one of the first things we do know. Whether or not there’s cameras specifically in that area, I don’t know.”

No one has been arrested but if you saw anything in the area around 9 o’clock last night you’re asked to call RCMP.
