Vancouver smells, but no one is filing an official complaint

VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – If you’ve stepped outside at least once, you’ve likely noticed an odd odour in the air.
People have been complaining on Twitter all day, tagging city accounts to make it known just how smelly it is outside!
The hashtag #VanPoover has been gaining some traction for people to go and complain.
Metro Vancouver’s Sarah Lusk says that the cause of the smell is unknown, mostly due to no one calling in and filing an official complaint.
“We don’t know where [people on Twitter complaining] are located in the region,” Lusk says. “Basically, if people can call into our complaint line and give their location and what they’re smelling, that will help us.”
