Small plane crashes at Pitt Meadows airport

VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – A pilot is okay after a small plane crash at Pitt Meadows Regional Airport this morning.

According to Pitt Meadows Fire and Rescue, the single-engine Cessna flipped over after its landing gear became stuck in the snow.

The pilot walked away from the crash unharmed.

Any resulting investigation will be handled by the Transportation Safety Board and the RCMP.
