VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) — Women in Vancouver are being warned of a convicted sex offender who will be living in the city.
Skylar Wayne Pelletier, 21, “poses a significant risk to women in the community” and is serving a five-year supervision order for convictions of breaking and entering, sexual assault, and assault, the Vancouver Police say.
He can’t buy or consume alcohol drugs or interact with the victims or their families during this time. Pelletier has a curfew, and must remain in his residence until 7:00 a.m. Any contact with women must be reported to his parole supervisor.
Pelletier is six feet two inches tall and weighs 165 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. He has a medium build and is Indigenous.
Anyone who sees him violating those conditions should call 911.
