Heavy delays on Hwy 17 near Alex Fraser Bridge cleared

Traffic is flowing on the highway underneath the bridge, after being slow in both directions due to a police incident Monday.

Lane closures are no longer in effect on Highway 17 or the bridge.

People were asked to give themselves extra time as congestion eased throughout the afternoon commute and Nordel Way was suggested as an alternate route.
