TransLink facing $4.7B deficit in coming years: report

A report to the Lower Mainland’s Mayors’ Council on Wednesday shows that the transit authority is facing a structural deficit of $4.7 billion. As Kier Junos reports, if it doesn’t figure out a way to fix it by 2026, we could see drastic service cuts.
