VANCOUVER (NEWS 1130) – It’s that time of year again. The Vancouver Fall Home Show is back at the Convention Centre, featuring all things home improvement under one roof.
Tyson Kidd is the show manager.
“We’ve got a ton of great features, 325 exhibitors, some really awesome celebrities like Bryan Baeumler and Sabrina Smelko from HGTV Canada, and even a really cool rescue dog fashion show,” he says.
“We have an amazing feature called ‘Entryway Envy.’ That’s a beautiful feature with four different massive, gorgeous, grand entryways to really inspire what a nice entryway should look like for somebody’s home.”
Kidd says there are a number of new features this year, including a BC Hydro Dave’s Garage display.
“Which is all about electric vehicles, charging stations throughout British Columbia, educating the public on the benefits of electric vehicles and the EV programs and rebates that not only the federal, but the provincial [government] and BC Hydro put in place for anybody looking to make a change from fossil fuels.”
The Vancouver Fall Home Show runs from Oct. 24 to 27 at the Vancouver Convention Centre. Its larger, outdoor counterpart, the Vancouver Home & Garden Show, returns in February.
