More than four years after Arnold and Joanne De Jong were found brutally murdered after an Abbotsford home invasion, family of the couple were at court where the three men convicted were expected to be sentenced. But as Angela Bower reports, a judge’s ruling on the constitutionality of the Criminal Code’s parole ineligibility has created another delay in the case.
