Vancouver man charged with second degree murder

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – It took two years, but police believe they’ve found the man who killed a 26-year-old woman.

Ruo Yu Cao’s body was found inside her Richmond apartment on New Year’s Day 2008. RCMP say 48-year-old Xin Fu Zhu from Vancouver has been charged with second degree murder.

Mounties say Zhu made his first court appearance today.
