VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – The price of a brand new TV has fallen tremendously but they aren’t selling like they used to.
On the street, most people tell News1130 they are shifting away from traditional TV-watching.
“Most people I know, we watch TV now on our computers. I don’t even own a TV; I haven’t owned one in years. I just think it’s a waste of time because everything you watch is garbage,” says one woman.
“It’s mostly on the Internet now. It’s more convenient; you can get what you want when you want it,” a man explains.
Others say they aren’t happy with expensive cable options, and that’s why they don’t have a TV.
