Langley RCMP looking for flasher

LANGLEY (NEWS1130) – Mounties in Langley are looking for a man in his late 30s they say has exposed himself twice to the same 11-year-old girls.

It apparently happened just before Christmas break and then again a few days later.

The girls tell police the suspect was leaning on a car smoking a cigarette until he saw the pair, and then turned to them and pulled down his pants.
