VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – Out with Movember and in with December! Lots of holiday events around the Lower Mainland. Don’t worry, there are non-holiday related things going on as well.
The 10th annual Rogers Santa Claus Parade is on Sunday. It starts at 1 p.m. at Georgia and Broughton. Be sure to bring something for the food bank as well. News1130 staff will be walking in the parade, be sure to wave!
Illuminations at Heritage Christmas is on until January 3 at the Burnaby Village Museum. And best of all, it’s free.
The Robson Square Ice Rink is open again until the end of February.
Stop by the Vancouver Christmas Market at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre Plaza. It’s on until Christmas Eve.
From Christmas trees for sale and stories to visits with Santa and crafts for the kids — stop by Christmas at the Market at Lonsdale Quay on until December 14.
