VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – People flying with Allegiant can now check-in for their flight without having to wait in line.

The air flight carrier is offering mobile boarding passes.

Justin Ralenkotter with Allegiant says the technology allows people to check-in, add bags, and select their seats.

He says passengers from Vancouver catching a flight in Bellingham will especially benefit from the mobile boarding pass app. “Unless you have a NEXUS pass, going throught the border can be time consuming. So, it’s definiately a great asset for our Vancouver travellers.”

Allegiant is offering the technology at all 101 airports it serves.

The “Allegiant-To-Go” mobile app is available for both Android and iPhone users.
