Multi-vehicle accident on Highway 1 in Abbotsford

ABBOTSFORD (NEWS1130) – Drivers are out of their cars on the highway in Abbotsford.

There is a multi-vehicle accident on Highway 1 eastbound before Sumas Way.

Traffic was blocked for part of the and drivers are being warned to expect heavy delays.

Kevin MacDonald is stuck in the backup. “The tow trucks are on scene, there are three or four. Right now they’re just interviewing people, they’re just trying to get all the facts and do their basic investigation and get that freeway opened up.”
