Update: Shark Club will return at Georgia location

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – An iconic sports bar just steps away from Rogers Arena and BC Place will be back after a big renovation.

Previously we told you the Shark Club at Georgia and Cambie was shutting down after 20 years.

The restaurant reached out to News1130 with a statement; it says it’s going through an ownership transition and will be “temporarily closed” to allow for a full scale renovation.

A date for the re-opening has not been set.
