Port Alberni man pleads guilty to assaults on sex workers

NANAIMO (NEWS 1130) — A 42-year-old man from Vancouver Island who sexually assaulted at least six women will be sentenced later this month.
Stephen Bradley Ewing’s bail was revoked last week, after he plead guilty to seven charges dating back to 2018 in Parksville, Lantzville, and Nanaimo.

Most of his victims were sex workers, including one who was only 15-years-old.
Ewing is facing up to six years in prison when he’s sentenced October 27th.
He will automatically be placed on the National Sex Offender Registry for the rest of his life.
