Fire breaks out on Richmond’s Mitchell Island

A large fire broke out on Richmond’s Mitchell Island Saturday.
Images sent to CityNews showed dark smoke rising from a building in the area, though it’s not clear what exactly caught fire.
Mounties confirmed they were on scene to help fire crews with traffic control.

There’s no word yet on what may have caused the fire.
