British Columbia and the Resident Doctors of BC have reached a new labour agreement after a lopsided vote in favour of the move.
94 per cent of the doctors voted in favour of the Physician Master Agreement, the plan pushed forward in October of 2022 by Health Minister Adrian Dix and Resident Doctors of BC President Ramneek Dosanjh.
The three-year agreement includes wage increases, added and extended health benefits, as well as a technology allowance.
