Canada Post is resuming deliveries to the Lower Mainland after they were cancelled due to snow Tuesday.
The mail carrier stated Wednesday it is now under a “yellow” service alert for Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. That means mail is being delivered but there may be delays.
A yellow service alert means we are going to do our best to deliver, but there may be delays in the following regions due to inclement weather:
· Kamloops
· Kelowna
· North and Central B.C., including Prince George
· Powell River
· Vancouver Island(2/5)

South Vancouver is still under a “red” service alert carried over from Tuesday.
