Shots fired in Abbotsford, bullet holes found in vehicle: police
Police in Abbotsford are asking anyone with information to come forward after gunshots were reportedly fired early Saturday morning.
According to the Abbotsford Police Department (AbbyPD), officers were called to the area near Nicola Street and Haida Drive around 2:45 a.m.
The AbbyPD says officers found a vehicle with bullet holes in it. Shell casings were also found nearby, police say.

“No evidence was located at the scene to suggest anyone had been struck inside or outside of the vehicle. The owner of the vehicle has been contacted by police and is cooperating with officers,” a news release reads.
The AbbyPD’s Major Crime Unit has taken over the investigation, and no one has been arrested.
