Pattullo Bridge now clear in both directions after 4-car accident

An accident involving four vehicles that had the Pattullo Bridge completely blocked for several hours has cleared.
The bridge is now open in both directions.
Surrey Police Service media liaison Ian MacDonald says the accident appears to have been a collision involving three passenger vehicles and a semi.
A woman was injured in the incident and had been temporarily trapped in her vehicle, he says.
“Surrey Fire extricated her,” MacDonald said. “She’s gone to hospital for examination. Those injuries are expected to be minor.”
MacDonald asks any witnesses to the event to get in touch with police.
