“It’s a single-family house. It’s looks like we’ve got fire in the attic and we’ve got crews inside,” Assistant Fire Chief Pierre Morin told 1130 NewsRadio during the attack on the blaze.

The fire has since been knocked down and did not spread to any other properties.

No injuries were reported as a result of the fire.

It is unclear how the fire was sparked and an investigation is under way.
