Commercial vehicle involved in fatal crash in Vancouver

One person is dead after a crash in South Vancouver this morning. As our Greg Bowman reports, it happened along a stretch that has drawn concern from those in the area.

Police are responding to the scene of a fatal crash in Vancouver’s Kerrisdale neighbourhood Tuesday morning.

First reported around 10 a.m., the crash at Angus Drive has West 57th Avenue blocked between Granville and Cypress streets while emergency crews respond.

Details are limited, but the Vancouver Police Department has confirmed to 1130 NewsRadio that the crash was fatal.
