Suspects in Ontario homicide may be in B.C.

Two suspects in a homicide case in Perth, Ontario may be in B.C.

Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating the homicide of 34-year-old Christo Richards of Ottawa.

The two suspects are Joseph Madore, 34 and Brayton Kennedy, 28, both of Ottawa.

On April 12, around 3:15 p.m., officers located Richards with life-threatening injuries in Last Duel Park. He was transported to a trauma centre and later pronounced dead.

Both suspects have been charged with second-degree murder.

Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts is asked to contact police immediately.

Police believe Madore may be in B.C. as he has associations in Richmond, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, and Terrace areas. Kennedy may be travelling with him.
