Maple Ridge Fire Rescue was called to the scene of what appeared to be a brush fire Friday evening.

The location is unclear, but it appeared to be originating from the Rock Ridge area.

The nature, and size of the blaze are also unclear. The blaze was seen Friday evening, but it hasn’t been confirmed whether crews remain on scene Saturday morning.
