Expect major delays due to electrical issues at Massey Tunnel, says DriveBC

An ongoing electrical issue has impacted lane control operations. As a result, counterflow will not be initiated for this afternoon, according to DriveBC.

Prepare for heavier delays than normal travelling south on BC Highway 99 out of Richmond.

DriveBC says to consider the Alex Fraser Bridge or BC Highway 91 as alternatives.
