Driver arrested after dump truck rollover in Abbotsford

The Abbotsford Police Department (AbbyPD) says the driver of a dump truck has been arrested for impaired driving after a rollover crash on Bradner Road.
Police say they were called to the single-vehicle collision near King Road Monday morning.
The time of the crash is unclear, but officers were still at the scene as of 11 a.m., according to an AbbyPD post on social media.
Bradner Road was closed northbound at King after the crash. Southbound lanes remained open.
The crash comes after a busy weekend for AbbyPD officers, who say they responded to over 300 calls for service between Friday at 5 p.m. and Monday at 6 a.m.
Incidents included a weapons call at Highstreet Shopping Centre, three break-and-enter investigations, an assault involving a tenant and his landlord, and a drowning at Albert Dyck Park.
As well, police report responding to a home invasion call on Marshall Road near Cherry Street early Monday morning.
In total, AbbyPD reports seven arrests over the weekend and three impaired drivers being taken off the road.
