Suspicious vehicle fire in Surrey linked to Richmond double homicide

SURREY (NEWS 1130) – A vehicle fire in Surrey early Friday morning has been linked to a double homicide in Richmond.

Two bodies were found in a burning home on Rathburn Dr. in the easternmost area of Richmond.

Homicide investigators say the burned black MNW SUV found near 16 Avenue and 194 Street in Surrey is linked to the homicide.
